The struggle is real especially during times that we are currently experiencing. We all develop stress, anxiety, and other issues when our lives are turned upside down by events that we cannot control. I am here to help and have professional training and education to do so. We all experience struggles and these struggles are real. The key is to identify the source of the struggle and how to navigate and develop coping skills to manage it effectively.
